The website prospify.si is run by Prospify, a digital studio in Maribor, Slovenia. The studio is led by David Pitamic and Janej Vargazon.

The “Start a project” form: your name and email address (required) and, if you choose, your company, phone, website, the service you need, your budget and a message.

Direct contact: if you email or call us, the details you give us and your email address or phone number.

Visiting the site: technical data that the hosting provider's server records automatically with every request (IP address, browser and device, requested address, time of the request, referring page).

The form does not send your data to the website's server. When you select “Send”, your own email app opens with a prepared message, which you send yourself.

The message is addressed to hello@prospify.si, with a copy to the personal Gmail inboxes of the two studio leads so that no enquiry goes unanswered. A copy also stays in your email app's sent folder.

Replying to your enquiry and agreeing on any work together: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Running and securing the website (server logs): our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for marketing, we send no newsletters, and we do not sell data.

The email provider for the prospify.si domain, which receives messages for us.

Google (Gmail), through which we receive the copy of your enquiry.

The website's hosting provider, which records server logs.

We share data with no one else unless the law requires it.

Google LLC is based in the United States, so the copy of your enquiry may also be processed outside the European Union and the European Economic Area.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and to agree on any work together. If no work follows, we delete them, except for data the law requires us to keep.

Server logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own rules.

You can ask at any time for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Send your request to hello@prospify.si. We reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si).

No. Without your name and email address, however, we cannot reply to your enquiry. All other fields are optional.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

The site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking tools and loads no third-party content. It remembers your choice of services only for the browser session (sessionStorage), until you close the tab; the data stays on your device. Our fonts are self-hosted.

If this ever changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.
